• To respond to your inquiry and prepare your personalized care plan and cost estimate.
• To liaise with hospitals, doctors, hotels, and drivers strictly as needed to arrange the services you requested.
• To translate and prepare medical records for the hospital team you have chosen.
• To provide support during your stay and follow-up after you return home.

3. Consent and control

Your medical information is shared with a hospital or physician only with your written consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, although this may affect our ability to coordinate services already in progress. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
