Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. What we are — and what we are not

MedBridge China is an independent medical coordination and concierge service. We help international patients arrange hospital appointments, interpretation and hospital escort, airport pickup, hotel accommodation, and related travel services in China.

We are not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not practice medicine. All clinical services are delivered by licensed physicians at accredited hospitals, and all medical decisions are made by you and your physicians.

2. Our services

  • Specialist and hospital appointment arrangement;
  • Bilingual hospital escort and medical interpretation;
  • Medical record translation and preparation;
  • Airport pickup, transfers, and hotel booking;
  • Visa invitation letters and travel planning support;
  • Tailored care program arrangement (e.g., health screening, TCM).

3. Fees and payment

  • Our service fee is quoted in writing before any commitment and is separate from hospital fees, which are set and collected by the hospital.
  • Estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time; hospital fees may vary if the treatment plan changes.
  • Payment methods, deposits, and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing for each engagement.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete medical information to the best of your knowledge.
  • Ensure you hold valid travel documents and comply with Chinese laws and entry requirements.
  • Follow the medical advice of your treating physicians; we do not and cannot guarantee treatment outcomes.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedBridge China's liability for any claim arising from our coordination services is limited to the amount of our service fee paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for the clinical acts or omissions of hospitals and physicians, or for events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Changes and cancellation

Appointment changes are normally possible with reasonable advance notice; hotel bookings and third-party services follow the policies of the respective providers, which we disclose to you in writing in advance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
